Steadier Spoiled Egg controls

  • Fixed: Steadier movement through timing spikes A single delayed reply no longer changes the movement replay estimate for the next few seconds. New connections start with fresh timing.

More responsive Spoiled Egg movement.

  • Fixed: Less pulling back. Improved movement correction on delayed connections, so walking, turning and stopping feel more responsive in online rooms.

Polish from playtesting.

  • Updated: Spoiled Egg's buy button stays put. On phones the buy button never jumps in and out; it just lights up with what's for sale when you reach a station. Double Yolk is now called Double Shot, because that's what it does.

Keep your eyes on the TV.

  • New: Scraps you scoop up. In Spoiled Egg, cracked eggs drop gold scrap shards. Walk over them to collect, and anything left behind comes to you when the wave ends.
  • Updated: A clearer Spoiled Egg shop. Buy buttons show the item itself, the price turns red when you're short, the Hand Mixer and Whisk Blaster fire bigger shots, and small news no longer fills the screen.

Five more games answer your steps

  • Updated: Spoiled Egg aim follows your controls Your own egg also turns and aims locally. Shots, ammo, grabs and the vacuum remain part of the shared game.

Smoother games with your crew.

  • Updated: Closer to the action. Spoiled Egg on the TV now frames your crew more closely and pulls back when friends spread apart. Downed teammates stay in view.

Clearer guides. A gentler graveyard.

  • Updated: The graveyard gives you a chance. Spoiled Egg starts with fewer enemies, introduces threats gradually and brings bosses in from wave four. Solo players recover a heart between early waves. Spitter shots show where they will land. Wave ten onward keeps its challenge.

The rotten ones learned to run.

  • New: Your breakfast is gaining on you. Sour Sprint charges straight at you from wave 3. Scramble Rat weaves through the horde from wave 5. Both arrive with their own running sprites.
  • Updated: More room. More rotten. Every opened area spawns enemies and adds 20% more regular zombies to the wave. Ground smashes, rotten eruptions and purple magic now have distinct animated effects.
  • New: Seeing Red brought friends. Face two red bosses at wave 30 and three at wave 45. Dodge their wind up: a ram can grab and throw you for two hearts. Brief protection after landing gives you a chance to escape.

More room. More rotten.

  • New: Buy yourself some breathing room. Open the Old Crypt, Moldy Hollow, Last Supper Yard and Rotten Orchard with scraps. Once a gate opens, your whole crew can walk through. Unfortunately, so can the zombies.
  • New: The bosses brought worse manners. Sourcerer casts spells, Shellbreaker slams the ground, and Hex Yolk makes you dodge staggered magic attacks. Wave 15 introduces Seeing Red: triple Big Rotten's health, a charging ram and a ground smash. Watch the warnings and keep moving.
  • Updated: The horde doesn't take a hint. Regular enemies increase every wave, reaching 224 in solo wave 10, 448 at wave 20, 672 at wave 30 and 896 at wave 40. Bosses come on top. Enemies arrive faster as you progress, and friends rooms scale the horde to your crew.

More ways to climb.

  • New: Three more games. One best result. Climb with your Shell Clash points, completed Yolkworks orders or Spoiled Egg waves survived. Each game has one leaderboard for solo and friends play. Sign in to put your best result on the board.

Spoiled Egg with your whole crew.

  • New: One graveyard, everyone on it. Your crew fights the same horde on one map. Two players face twice as many rotten eggs, rising to five times as many for eight players, with faster spawns. A cracked teammate returns at the campfire next wave; the run ends when the whole crew is down.
  • Updated: Make every scrap count. Each Overcooker upgrade doubles the next price, and scraps and weapon drops are rarer. Perks last 45 seconds, with icons that drain as time runs out.

Spoiled Egg opens the kitchen.

  • New: Spend your scraps. A short break between waves opens the kitchen: the Mystery Carton, the Overcooker and Supplies. Buy 4 new weapons, upgrade any of the 8 guns, or take Hard Boiled armour for a while.
  • New: Four perks, three slots. Pick the perks that suit your run. Bloaters now set each other off in chains, so crowd control pays.
  • Updated: Walk over a gun to take it. Dropped weapons are picked up as you run past them. Your scraps sit in the top left and the wave sits in the top strip, so the screen stays clear while you fight.

Two thumbs. One rotten crowd.

  • Updated: Move left. Fire right. Move with your left thumb and point the right joystick to aim and fire. Let go to stop shooting. The mobile how to play guide shows both controls.

Spoiled Egg enters the arcade.

  • New: Outlast the horde. Move and aim independently, collect dropped weapons and dodge Big Rotten every third wave. Six hearts track your health; fully cleared waves count toward your best.
  • New: Challenge your friends. Play solo or start a 2–8 player score challenge. Each player faces their own horde, and the room compares waves survived.
